Accessibility statement

We want this site to work for everyone who wants to book a treatment, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification, or a device set to reduce motion. Here is what we have done and where we know we could do better.

What we have built in

Every control on the page can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, including the before-and-after comparison slider and the unit map.
The comparison slider is a real range input, so it responds to arrow keys and is announced properly rather than being a mouse-only drag.
Focus is always visible. We never remove the focus ring.
Body text meets or exceeds a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against its background.
Headings run in order, there is one h1 per page, and a skip link comes first in the tab order.
Images that carry meaning have alt text. Images that are purely decorative are hidden from screen readers rather than described pointlessly.
The hero video is silent, carries no audio track at all, and is never required to understand the page.
If your device requests reduced motion, every animation on the site is switched off, including the hero video, which falls back to a still frame.
With JavaScript disabled, all content remains readable and the FAQ answers are shown expanded rather than trapped behind a closed accordion.

Known limitations

The unit map is a diagram. It carries a full text description for screen readers, but the spatial relationship between a zone and a point on the face is inherently visual. If you would like the pricing read to you, call us and we will go through it.
The reviews carousel scrolls horizontally. It is keyboard scrollable, but on a narrow screen it takes a lot of swiping.

Standard we are aiming at

WCAG 2.2 at Level AA. We test with keyboard navigation, with a screen reader, and at 200% zoom. We are not claiming perfect conformance, because claiming it is easy and being it is not.
