The short version
This website collects four things when you request an appointment: your name, your email address, your phone number, and which treatment you are interested in. That is all. We use them to contact you about the appointment you asked for, and nothing else.
What we deliberately do not collect here
We do not ask for your date of birth, medical conditions, medications, allergies or treatment history through this website. Those conversations happen in person, in the clinic, and are recorded in our clinical system rather than on this site.
This is a deliberate choice. Keeping health information off the public website keeps your data in one controlled place.
Tracking
This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no third-party scripts of any kind. There are no cookies, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss. Nothing on this page loads from another company's server — the fonts, images and video are all served from this domain.
How long we keep it
- If you become a patient, your contact details move into our clinical record and are kept as long as the law requires.
- If you enquire and do not book, we delete your details after twelve months.
- You can ask us to delete them sooner at any point.
Who else sees it
Our email provider and our practice management software, both of which are contractually required to protect it. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Your choices
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, and we will honour them regardless of whether they strictly apply to you.
